All about Barbados

The very helpful Royal Barbados Emergency Services can be reached by dialling:
Police 211, Fire brigade 311, Ambulance 511 and Coast guards 427-8819.
Medical treatment on the island is very good in general. Most of the doctors learnt in Great Britain or North America.
Pharmacies are available everywhere and they sell US medicine in general.

In Sunset Crest is a 24 h clinic located , it is a friendly designed place with a huge fish tank in the waiting area. Modern xray, ultrasonics, CT, most bloodtests, paediatrician and even a translater for tourist patients, everything is possible. Of course there is a pharmacy right on the spot.
